1. General

- “You,” “your,” and “Guest” refer to the person visiting our website, making an enquiry, or booking a stay/event with us.
- These Terms apply to all bookings made through our website, phone, WhatsApp, or in person.
2. Booking & Reservations
- All bookings are subject to room/hall availability at the time of confirmation.
- A booking is considered confirmed only after we have verbally, in writing, or via WhatsApp/email confirmed the same to the guest.
- We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking request at our discretion.
- Guests must provide accurate personal details (name, phone number, ID proof) at the time of booking and check-in.
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Standard check-in time is [Insert Time, e.g. 12:00 PM] and check-out time is [Insert Time, e.g. 11:00 AM], unless otherwise agreed in advance.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is mandatory for all guests at the time of check-in, as per applicable law.
- We reserve the right to refuse check-in if valid ID proof is not provided.
4. Guest Conduct
- Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests and staff during their stay.
- Any form of illegal activity, harassment, or damage to property is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of stay without refund.
- Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage caused to Guest House property, furniture, or fittings during their stay.
- Visitors who are not registered guests may not be allowed in guest rooms without prior permission from the management.
5. Marriage Hall & Event Bookings
- Bookings for the Marriage Hall or any event space are subject to a separate advance payment/deposit as communicated at the time of booking.
- Event timings, decoration guidelines, outside catering/vendor policies, and other terms will be communicated separately at the time of booking confirmation.
- Any damage caused to hall property, furniture, or fixtures during an event will be chargeable to the person/party who made the booking.
- Cancellation or rescheduling of event bookings is subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Rates & Payment
- Room and hall rates displayed on the website, provided over WhatsApp, or communicated verbally are subject to change without prior notice.
- Applicable taxes, if any, will be charged extra as per prevailing government regulations.
- Payment terms (advance amount, mode of payment, balance payment) will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.
7. Amenities
- Amenities such as Wi-Fi, parking, room service, and laundry service are provided on a best-effort basis and are subject to availability.
- We reserve the right to modify, add, or withdraw any amenity without prior notice.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
- All cancellations and refund requests are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on our website.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We take reasonable care to ensure guest safety and comfort; however, we shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, injury, or damage to personal belongings during your stay, except where caused directly by our negligence.
- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or website.
10. Website Use
- The content on our website (text, images, logos) is the property of Namo Guest House and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
- We strive to keep website information (rates, photos, availability) accurate and updated but do not guarantee that all content is error-free or current at all times.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website at any time without notice.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or other unforeseen events.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
